From November 17 to 25, 2012, our company held nine days of first military training, which was intended to cultivate the staffs’ team spirit and spirit of bearing hardships and standing hard work, establish a loyal, excellent and dedicated enterprise team, improve execution and cohesion of enterprise. During the military training, all staffs were full of enthusiasm, overcame the effects of various negative factors, such as bad weather, and succeed in finishing training. After nine days of training, staffs felt deeply, they understood the pleasure of team as well as the spirit of hard struggle, enhanced the cohesion, strengthened the concept of collectivism and improved team spirit. The training has achieved expected effect.
